Phase II Pan Groove won the 2013 Panorama championship with 283 points for their rendition of More Love, by Leroy Caliste, “The Black Stalin” and arranged by Len “Boogsie” Sharpe. Trinidad All Stars placed second with 278 points for “Bounce and Drive” (sung by Dexter “Blaxx” Stewart) arranged by Leon “Smooth” Edwards. Renegades placed third with 275 points for their rendition of “Shock Attack” arranged by Newhall Stewart (sung by Denyse Plummer). In the medium bands category Buccooneers placed first with their rendition of Gold arranged by Seon Gomez (sung by Machel Montano, Karene Ashe, Ricki Jai, and Duane O’Connor).
