Hi folks,
Seems like the talk is dominated by what’s going on with the big name bands. Actually most bands, both adult and children are small, medium or mini, individually or cooperatively owned, and much of the costume making is done by hand by the masqueraders and some volunteers. AND often it does not include any spandex or beads. Here are a few of those that will be on the road on Monday.
