This Moko Jumbie is dressed in pierrot garb. Different strips of fabric are torn and attached to an underlying thin suit. The Pierrot carries a whip and wears a head covering sometimes – as in the links.

For information on both characters click here and here. This outfit is basically made with strips of cloth. As for how to get that high, people learn by walking on incrementally higher blocks of wood, starting usually about 2 feet off the ground and working their way up to more than 7 feet.
