Kings and queens of the bands from the 2007 DC Caribbean Carnival
These large costumes were built for the DC Caribbean Carnival, made the journey down Georgia Avenue and sometimes traveled to other carnivals in North America, and even the Caribbean. Some people do mas in a big way.
